Alocasia Residences

We created a 12-page brochure for the project that encapsulated the design philosophy, specs, surrounding amenities and lifestyle. The brochure featured elements of copper foiling and metallic printing, which helped to sell the luxury nature of the residences.

Website

Using one of our website templates we built the new website for Alocasia Residences. This website featured pages showcasing the residences, floor plans, galleries as well as information about the lifestyle available to residents. The website was smooth and dynamic, which reflected the minimalistic approach of the design of the residence. Digitell Alocasia Website Design

Overview

Alocasia residences is a project by developer New Leaf Homes. This project was a 20-unit apartment block designed for families, couples and single people. We created a new brand for Alocasia, as part of the marketing campaign. This included a new logo. The logo was done in a cursive style to reflect the commitment quality from the developer, as well as the philosophy of ‘flow’ underpinning the development. Located on Edgecumbe St in Como, the residences are central to many of the same amenities shared by neighbouring suburbs such as Applecross and South Perth, but with enough distance from the action to have peace and quiet. This was reflected in the new positioning “Your New Oasis” as well as the photography.
